Artwork Assistance

Our artwork department can assist you with your design requirements. We have years of experience in helping customers layout their designs so please let us know if you can assist you.

Artwork Approval

Once we receive your artwork details, we will have our designers set-up and check your design in the correct keylines. A PDF version of the final artwork (which will include your colour references for printing) will be sent back to you to check before we move onto the next step of producing live samples.

Live Samples

Before any main production we always send live samples to you for your review and approval. It is extremely important for colour matching and correct design layout that you can see a sample of your own printed sleeve before we produce the main order. Samples take 2-3 weeks from artwork approval to be delivered to your address.

Main Production

Your order will be scheduled once we receive back approval confirmation from you of your live samples. Your order will then be added to our order system and scheduled for production! Main production can take 2-3 weeks from sample approval.

Special sleeve sizes / Custom made sizing

We also offer larger customers the option of having their sleeves tailored to the cups that they are using. Different manufacturers have different sized cups and as such it's not possible that 1 size will fit across all ranges of cups from 12oz to 24oz. If you require a custom made sizing for your sleeve, please let us know and we will help you.

Below you will find the keylines for our main sleeves. Please see free to download these files to help you layout your designs. If you have a designer that requires the keylines in a different artwork format (e.g. .pdf, .ai etc), please let us know and we will arrange this for you.
